Have an issue with your order?
I want to make sure you're happy with your new coffee mug or outfit.
- Please email me at crystal@crystalhodges.com or use the contact page and submit a message to me to explain the issue.
- If your mug arrived broken, let me know and attach a photo in your email! I'd be glad to send you a replacement.
- To avoid fading on your shirts, please follow the instructions listed on the website and on the card sent with your new swag.
- Did you order the wrong size? Feel free to return the item you bought, if unworn.
- Once the item is returned, I can send you a different size - just with an additional shipping cost, Orders will be shipped out within 2 weeks within order date - unless the order is timely to a holiday, or requested faster in an email as a birthday gift or special event.
- Please notify me within 5 days of receiving your order about any issues with your order for any returns or replacements to be valid.
- Please note that all items are hand-made. No two products will ook exactly the same. No two birthmarks will be the same as they are all hand-cut.
